Our client is a casual Italian dining franchise, with more 30 stores in Singapore, more than 1000 in our home country of Japan, and about 400 locations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Job Description

- Proactively source and share with candidates about open positions.
- Arrange and tracking the interviews.
- Close the gap between interviewers and agencies/candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases.
- Update internal trackers for each position and offers.
- Plan and manage recruitment drives.
- Actively keep talents warm for hiring pipelines

Job Requirements

- 2 years of relevant experience in a sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking candidates
- Passionate and enthusiastic
- Professional and tactful communicator to liaise with candidates from blue collar staff all the way to C level management

Compensation

- AL 14days
- Variable bonus
